Registration is now open for the Spring Session of our popular Sunday Indoor Volleyball League at Ingraham High School
We use an exciting Round Robin Format each week (your team will play 5 different teams each night during a 2-hour time period for 8 sessions). A lot more playing time than other comparable leagues! There are four levels to choose from. All leagues are co-ed with min. of 1 woman, max. of 4 men on the court.
Time of online registration will hold spot in line, but it only will be secured if full payment is postmarked within 24 hours of registration or received by hand delivery or Zelle within 48 hours of on-line registration time. The team fee is $595.00, $575.00 if paid by Mar. 2, (includes sales tax) if paid by Zelle ($605 if paid by check, $585 if paid by Mar 2).
Mail or hand deliver checks (hand delivered checks should be in an envelope addressed to Scott Baumler and handed to the Lobby Attendant) to 2821 2nd Ave, #1201, Seattle, WA 98121 (must be in an envelope addressed to Scott Baumler). You can also pay using Zelle by sending payment to aevolleyball@gmail.com
The 8 session Spring season will start on March 16, 2025, and end on May 18th with no matches on April 20th, Easter Sunday and May 11th. All Matches will be at Ingraham High School. Season ends with a Tournament for all teams on 8th session (May 18th).

Start times for this season will be the same as Winter 2025:
Level 1 - 6:45 - 8:45 PM
Open Gym Individual's League 4:30 - 6:30 PM
Level 2 - 2:15 - 4:15 PM (1 spot left except for waitlist)
Levels 3 & 4 - 12:00 - 2:00 PM (will be combined for the first 3 weeks then split based on standings)

Spring Season starts March 16th & runs through May 18th
(No league games on April 20 - Easter Sunday or May 11th School use of the gym)
Registration will be limited to 14 teams in each group - Level 3 & 4, Level 2
and Level 1 due to space constraints. First teams to register and pay get the spots.
Levels 3 & 4 are full except waitlist. Only 1 spot left in level 2 except for waitlist.
All players must fill out the 2025 on-line waiver form prior to participating in their first game in 2025. Waiver only needs to be completed once each calendar year (There is no need to do a waiver again if a participant did the 2025 waiver form). Email aevolleyball@gmail.com with changes for players who change teams and have already completed the waiver.
Refund Policy:
All refunds are subject to a $25 handling fee.
No refunds within 2 weeks of the start of the session unless the section you are in is full and there is a team on the wait list that will take your place. (Except payments are fully refundable at all times if there are not enough teams to run the group for which you have registered or it the Seattle School District does not approve the use of their gym by A/E Volleyball)
For those teams who have sent in a $50 deposit to be on the waitlist for a particular group now or prior to the opening of registration, the deposit will be forfeited if a spot is offered in their desired group and they no longer can enter a team in that group.
