Registration is now open for the Fall Session of our popular Sunday Indoor Volleyball League at Ingraham High School
We use an exciting Round Robin Format each week (your team will play 4 to 5 different teams each night during a 2 hour time period for 8 sessions). A lot more playing time than other comparable leagues! There are four levels to choose from. All leagues are co-ed with min. of 1 woman, max. of 4 men on the court.
Time of online registration will hold spot in line, but it only will be secured if full payment is postmarked within 24 hours of registration or received by hand delivery or Zelle within 48 hours of online registration time. The team fee is $595.00 (includes $55.81 sales tax) if paid by Zelle, by midnight Sep. 12th. Check payments add $10.00 ($605) to the fee. Mail or hand deliver checks (hand delivered checks should be in an envelope addressed to Scott Baumler and handed to the Lobby Attendant) at 2821 2nd Ave, #1201, Seattle, WA 98121.

The 8-session Fall season will start on October 12, 2025, and end on December 7th with no matches on November 30th (Thanksgiving Weekend). All Matches will be at Ingraham HS. Season ends with a Tournament for all teams on 8th session (December 7th).

Start times are the same as last spring:
Level 1 - 6:45 - 8:45 PM -- max number of teams is 12.
Open Gym Individual's League 4:30 - 6:30 PM -- max of 72 full timers
Level 2 - 2:15 - 4:15 PM also Levels 3 & 4 -- max number of teams is 16.
Levels 3 & 4 - 12:00 - 2:00 PM (depends on the number of registrations)
(combined total number of teams cannot exceed 16)


Fall Season starts Oct. 12th & runs through Dec. 7th
(No league games on Nov. 30th - Thanksgiving weekend)

All players must fill out the 2025 on-line waiver form prior to participating in their first game in 2025. Waiver only needs to be completed once each calendar year (There is no need to do a waiver again if a participant did the 2025 waiver which was published in Dec. 2024). Email aevolleyball@gmail.com with changes for players who change teams and have already completed the waiver.
Refund Policy:
All refunds are subject to a $25 handling fee.
No refunds within 2 weeks of the start of the session unless the section you are in is full and there is a team on the wait list that will take your place. (Except payments are fully refundable at all times if there are not enough teams to run the group for which you have registered or it the Seattle School District does not approve the use of their gym by A/E Volleyball)
For those teams who have sent in a $50 deposit to be on the wait list for a particular group prior to the opening of registration, the deposit will be forfeited if a spot is offered in their desired group and they no longer can enter a team in that group.

Sunday Fall League Team fee $595.00 for returning fall 2024, winter and spring 2025 teams when paying online by Zelle, Check payments, add $10.00 ($605.00) to the fee. Cost will go up by $20.00 per team after midnight Sep. 12th.
