Open to Boys & Girls grades 4 to 12. All participants must individually register on-line with USA Volleyball. See Below.

the day before the start to receive the discounted pre-registration price.

Step 2:
HOW TO REGISTER WITH USA VOLLEYBALL (Mandatory for all participants unless you played for a USA Club tournament team or in a club intramural program like Cascade VBC this year): Go to this website:
(This is not required if you have a current 2009 Medical Release on file with Cascade Volleyball Club - Please submit a new one if you did not play for a USA Volleyball club this year or if you played for any other club other than Cascade.)
Step 4:
MAKE PAYMENT
Make the check payable to Cascade Volleyball. On line registration holds your spot for 48 hours. Payment by check must be postmarked within those 48 hours. You can mail or hand deliver check to mailbox at 6724 2nd NW, Seattle 98117 or hand deliver to 500 Union Street Suite 740 or pay electronically by Paypal direct transfer to aevolleyball@comcast.net. You can not use debit cards or credit cards when using Paypal. This program will likely sell out extremely fast. Make sure to register and send payment in 48 hours. We must receive the payment by 9 PM the night before the event you attend to receive the pre-registered discount. Cost at the door is more and and is subject to space availability. For groups of 6, each player gets a 10% discount (and a coach gets to attend for free). If you do not have your group of six yet, you can sign up individually now and then recruit others to join you and we will refund the 10% to each member of your group.
If you are not already a 2009 USA Volleyball Member (through Cascade or other club) add $15 to your payment to cover USA Volleyball junior intramural membership (non-tournament membership). All participants must be a member of USA Volleyball for insurance purposes.
Costs:
Option 1: All skills Day Camp: $135 for 4 days in advance. $160 at the door. (Plus $15 if not already a USA Volleyball member)
Option 2: Advanced Positional Clinic: $50 in advance or $60 at the door. (Plus $15 if not already a USA Volleyball member)
Option 3: High School Tryout Tune-up Clinics: $100 in advance or $130 at door (Plus $15 if not already a USA Volleyball member)
Option 4: All skills Day Camp: $40 per day in advance or $50 at the door. (Plus $15 if not already a USA Volleyball member) or for High School Tryout Tune-up Clinics: $30 per night in advance or $35 at the door. (Plus $15 if not already a USA Volleyball member)

All players in a group of six, receive a 10% discount. Also a coach may attend for free (and shadow the instructors) if they are associated with a group of 6. If you are a part of a group of six, please enter the name of the group or the last name of all the players in the box below. If you have paid in advance as an individual and your are able to recruit new players later, we will rebate the 20%
